We’re excited to launch our new Women’s Jiu Jitsu Basics class! Designed for ladies ages 12 and up, this program introduces the fundamentals of No-Gi Jiu Jitsu in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.

No prior experience or fitness level required. Each class follows our step-by-step basics curriculum, combined with movement-based games and workout circuits to build coordination, strength, and a strong foundation in Jiu Jitsu.

Classes led by Coach Emily Zabroski – experienced Jiu Jitsu coach, athlete, and co-owner of The Fight System. Now having nearly reached her purple-belt level technical certification and competed twice, she serves as Coach of the Littles Jiu Jitsu and Women’s Jiu Jitsu classes and as a recovery coach for the team.
