Why It Works
Most chronic pain and movement limitations are caused by tight, knotted muscle tissue—also known as trigger points. These are often overlooked in traditional fitness and even medical settings, but with the right techniques, you can address them yourself.
Self-myofascial release (also called “roll-out”) works by:

Emily started this journey in 2012 while recovering from a debilitating lower back injury. Using the principles of BioStructure and self-recovery, she rebuilt her strength, trained in Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, and earned her Blue Belt certification.
