π₯ Launching This June at The Fight System!
This summer, we’re bringing something new for teens who are ready to level up β Teens MMA, a 12-class program designed to build the next generation of martial artists.
Weβre launching as soon as we hit 10 preregistered students β targeting an early to mid-June start. Secure your spot now before it fills up!
π What is Teens MMA?
A structured, integrated introduction to real mixed martial arts β built for teens ages 13β17.
Students will learn the core fundamentals of:
β
Striking (Boxing & Muay Thai technique)
β
Jiu Jitsu (Positional control, submissions, escapes)
β
Wrestling (Takedowns, defense, control)
We teach them together, not separately β so teens understand how striking, grappling, and wrestling flow into each other for realistic self-defense and sport performance.
Whether your teen wants to eventually compete, build confidence, or simply train like a fighter β this program lays the foundation.
